Wizard Mode is my personal weblog. I am a full-time developer, a scientist, a musician, and a curious and questioning sort. I am fascinated by the inner workings of the mind and the potential of technology.

I use a mac. I use a PC. I use Linux. I use an Amiga. I can and do praise and criticize all of these things regularly, and I strive to make my own contributions to the world more worthy of praise than of criticism.

I like to cook and read, and frequently do both at the same time. I am a fan of interactive fiction.
